My name is Iola Goulton.
That’s pronounced yo-la (not eye-ola, and definitely not LOLA).
I have spent more than twenty years as a specialist remuneration consultant. I have worked in major New Zealand and international consultancies. This has given me a breadth of experience with a variety of clients across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and internationally.
Some projects required me to work as an individual contributor, solely responsible for the delivery of a small or specialised project. In other projects, I was a specialist member of a larger team, or the leader of a specialist team.
I now work as a self-employed freelance consultant.
